My husband and I are disappointed with Good Works Auto Repairβs overall inspection & service of our vehicle. We recently purchased a new [used] vehicle and scheduled an appointment to have Good Works Auto Repair complete a thorough inspection and fix any repairs needed. Per the inspection report sent to us by Jeremy, the vehicle required a moderate amount of maintenance. We agreed for Good Works Auto Repair to complete the repairs/upgrades. We paid a little over $5,000.00 to complete many of the maintenance recommendations listed on our vehicle service inspection report. Less than three (3) weeks after we paid for Good Works Auto Repair to inspect & service our vehicle, the vehicleβs air conditioning no longer stayed cool. My husband took the vehicle to a Jiffy Lube, and a service technician informed us that there was a coolant leak. Additionally, the service technician reported that one of the spark plugs needed to be replaced. We took the vehicle to a dealership so they may also inspect the vehicle, and they corroborated this information. We are doubtful that these maintenance issues suddenly occurred after Good Works Auto Repair had already completed their full evaluation of

To the Team at Good Works Auto Repair, Thank you for the outstanding service you recently provided on my 2005 dodge truck. I have been there for five services and the first two were amazing and I was treated great and I believe that was because of the owner and jennifer. The next three services I did were a mess, after paying $1,800 for an alternator and radiator hoses, I was then told 3 months later at my oil change from the office manager Allen, I believe is his name, that I needed new radiator hoses. I of course was confused and had him pull up my work that they had done on my car of which he said "oh we only replace two not all three" That was my first situation I should have never came back. I was also told at my oil change that I needed four new tires and was quoted $498 for all four. Again, that was a little fishy because I had just put a new tire on my car 2 weeks previous because I had picked up a stake in my tire and had to replace it. I did choose to get my to get two new tires and was told by Jeremy that my estimate for the two tires would be half of my estimate for the four plus or minus $20 to $40 because the price of tires changed daily. The day I went for my two new tires Jeremy tried to check me out and charge me $700. I then had the work stop immediately and had Jeremy pull up my esti

I went in to receive service on my brakes and to get a full assessment of all things throughout my vehicle. From beginning to end, communication was there. They have a very professional staff and I am grateful for the attentiveness/care that was shown not only for my vehicle but for me as the customer as well. This shop is one of if not the most honest and trustworthy shops out here. They truly care and will do everything they can to help in every way possible. To Alan and everyone else there, keep up the good work!
